GIRLS VARSITY SOFTBALL ·
With their 3-0 victory over the Chartiers Valley Colts, the varsity softball team advanced to the WPIAL 5A Championship game.
The Indians will face the #7 seeded Armstrong Riverhawks who advanced to the final with a 2-1 win over Fox Chapel.
The WPIAL 5A championship game will be played on Wednesday, June 2nd at 4:30 PM (time change) at California University of Pennsylvania’s Lilley Field.

ALL Championship tickets will be $10 and can be purchased online by visiting here or at the gate at Cal U the day of the game. All purchases at Lilley Field will be CASH only.
Additionally, there will be a $2 parking fee per vehicle. There will be no reentry allowed at the event.

The last time the Indians advanced to the WPIAL final was in 2000. They won the championship that year beating Hempfield 4-3. Current Head Coach Libby Gasior was the starting 3rd baseman for the Indians that season.
