We have only one week remaining in the 2023 spring sports season. With the playoffs on the horizon, here is where our teams stand.

Softball

The varsity softball team played a doubleheader on Thursday and won both games handily. With an overall record of 14-2, the girls will close out the regular season next week before heading to the playoffs.

Baseball

Varsity baseball played a doubleheader last Friday and split with West Allegheny. The team has an overall record of 11-6 entering the final week of the regular season, and their ticket to the playoffs has already been punched.

Girls’ Lacrosse

The girls’ lacrosse team picked up a massive win last week against North Allegheny to clinch a home playoff game. They also earned a 17-4 win over Trinity at the end of the week. Overall, the girls are 10-4.

Boys’ Lacrosse

Boys’ varsity lacrosse went 0-2 last week to fall to 7-7 on the season. While it has been a good year for the team, it will round out its season next week.

Boys’ Volleyball

For the second week in a row, the varsity volleyball team posted a 2-1 record. With one week left in the regular season, the team’s record is 8-8. The JV team was a perfect 3-0 last week, while middle school volleyball also picked up a couple wins.

Track

Both the varsity and the middle school track teams competed in invites last week. They have two remaining before the season concludes.
