The boys’ varsity basketball team begins its quest for a WPIAL championship on Monday when it travels to Fox Chapel.

The boys earned the nine seed in this year’s 5A bracket and were matched up with the eighth-seeded Foxes. This will mark the third straight year in which these two programs have faced off in postseason play. Fox Chapel earned a victory in 2022, while North Hills got revenge in 2023. Tip-off for 2024’s installment is set for 8:00 at the Fox Chapel High School.

Since Monday’s game is a WPIAL contest, tickets will need to be purchased via GoFan. Student tickets are $5 online, while adult tickets are $7. All tickets will be $7 at the gate. To purchase your tickets online, visit the GoFan website.
