The North Hills Indians had a big win today over Shaler Area. The girls team won the meet 18-41, and the boys pulled out a big win 15-48. 15 runners ran their season best time on the home course at Pie Traynor Field. The girls were again led by Megan Bolinda (12:08). She was followed by Chelsea Geyer (13:00), Jocelyn Sauers (13:20), and Kiera Flanigan (13:43) who ran a two minute PR. Rounding out the Top 7 were Hailey Heiles (15:34), Noelle Miller (15:45) and Delaney Winner (16:33).
The boys squad was not to be out done by the girls. The boys took eleven of the top twelve racers to cross the finish line. They were led by Jackson Long (10:28), Nathan Schanbacher (10:47), Brennan Sebeck (11:46), Evan Lausch (11:53) and Luke Tobik (11:54). Rounding out the top runners were Ben McCarty (12:16) and Avery Dixon (12:20).
